This white plastic spacer fits into the back of the right hand inner knob on cars without factory fader or balance. If your inner knob is loose and will not align, you will want to see if this part is in place. 1968-70 AM-FM radios would not utilize this part because they have a balance feature. 1967 AM-FM radios would use this part as they did not have a balance feature. 1969 Driver side Sport mirror with rechromed Cougar base. Mirrors disassembled, and reassembled with our rechromed OEM Cougar mirror base. These fasteners were used to keep your package tray in place. In 1969 - 1970 the two clips were held in place with screws. Sold individually. We have seen various tech type screw with both large and small heads on them for fastening these clips. Same clip as was used in 1967-68, but without the push clip. This strip has a series of five retaining clips that hold the headlining panel to the roof panels as seen on page 14 of the sun roof manual.This is for the 1971-73 Mercury Cougar with factory sunroof.
